Eat your mussels!

Couldn't wait until tonight to make these mussles from Fjord Fish Market in Darien. Cooked them in a little bit of olive oil, Fra Diavolo sauce, and onions, and topped it off with fresh chopped parsley. Mussels are high in vitamins A, B12 and vital minerals such as iron, manganese, phosphorus, potassium, selenkium, and zinc. Also 1 cup serving of mussels is almost 18 grams of protein!
